Benishek Wins - By 15 Votes

In Northern Michigan: Dr. Dan Benishek, a UP surgeon, is the Republican nominee for the lst Congressional district. That is, unless State Senator Jason Allen, Benishek's opponent, requests a recount.

The seat is currently held by the retiring Bart Stupak, the Wolverine State's most controversial ObamaCare supporter.

Classy Move Update: Allen won't seek a recount. Instead, he's committing himself to helping Benishek defeat his Democratic opponent.
