Besides Roy Beck, the second-most sensible person in this Wall Street Journal* piece (about the GOP courting Hispanic voters) is Marco Rubio, the candidate for the U.S. Senate in Florida. Rubio, whose mom and dad are Cubans, objects to having illegal aliens counted in the U.S. Census. *Whose editorial page writers, cozy with Big Business, have been staunchly open-borders for quite some time - ugh.
