However, what Arizona faces is an invasion and that is mentioned in the U.S. Constitution in Article 4: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion ... "
Yes, Arizona is within its rights to take action, but only because FedGov has completely abandoned its responsibility to protect the residents of the Grand Canyon state.
