I'm so glad I never saw the Passion of the Christ, and I hope thoughtful conservatives who are Braveheart aficionados will reconsider their attachment to the gory film given the source of the inspiration. Yuck. Gibson is an artistic headcase. Just like Christian Bale. At least, Bale made no pretense of being a man of faith.

It is a sad commentary that as our nation is swirling down the drain so much attention is given to the antics of celebrities. Bread and circus 24/7.
Goes to show how effective B&C really is - it continues to grab the undivided attention of the masses.
