Since when does overspending less than you were going to overspend before constitute a spending cut? And how in the world did Congress get away with creating a new method of skirting our checks and balances out of this (The so-called "Super Congress")? And seriously--how is the media getting away with suggesting that this whole thing is a Tea Party machination when few Tea Partiers voted for this?
