He's Supporting Ron, over Uncle Rick

John Garver (pictured) is a 19-year-old college student whose uncle is Rick Santorum.

His short op-ed about why he is supporting Congressman Paul for prez, over his relative, appears, today, at the Daily Caller.

The nephew writes, "My Uncle Rick cannot fathom a society in which people cooperate and work with each other freely. When Republicans were spending so much money under President Bush, my uncle was right there along with them as a senator."

Honest kid, but ouch.

I'm trying to decide if this is a tacky move, on his part, or a brave one.

Rick's wife is the former Karen Garver.
