Bureaucrats Gone Windy

Who knew that wind turbines could cause so much drama? It's like something out of a Jack Reacher novel set in the Midwest or the Northern Plains.

I've always found the subsidized 'windmill farms' (like I've seen in Wyoming) surrealistic-looking. A jarring sight, physically and philosophically speaking.
