    The worst bullying is what is being done with mental health in colleges today.

    UMass had an "active shooter" training on Friday -- telling all the employees that "it isn't a case of 'if' but 'when'" and that they should consider all students potential shooters.

    Right....

    But Mr. Sowell's point is that actual physical harm - some of it very serious - being inflicted upon minors.
